Carson turned 3 years old and has terrible allergies to eggs. His mother calls me every year to make his cake. It's very special to me to know that I am able to give that child a birthday cake that otherwise he wouldn't be able to have. His mother has tried several times to find someone in the Memphis/North Mississippi area to make him a cake.... I'm glad she called me... What a blessing it is!!!
