This was quite a time! We built this cake up with a false bottom, for height. The top turrents cleared 2 feet! Each side was 3 layers, and the front was 4 layers. The towers were rice crispy treats that were frosted. All I could think was, "Yum"! The pink tops were (you guessed it) waffle cones covered in fondant to give the roof "texture". We found out later the little girls took them off and filled them with ice cream. Who wouldn't love a pink ice cream cone?
