Obviously this cake was for Miss Knoxville. It was for a celebration party after the Miss Tennessee Pageant. The crown is gumpaste, royal icing, and dragees. Putting the smaller cake on top was a bit of an improve, the crown broke into pieces and this was the only way I could come up with to fix it. My SIL, carlascakes, helped me out in my time of need by baking the cake for me. Thanks Carla!
