This seems to be the in thing right now in place of a real cake - fun and so easy to do. Stacked cheeses - brie, camberini, camembert and blue cheese - filled with preserved green figs and kumquats and decorated with baby stem apples, whole/half figs with assorted nuts, dried cranberries and sultanans.
