This was the cake I made for course 3... my very first class - yea!! I saw one like it in a book and had been dying to try it.. and the teacher gave us free reign of our final project so I simplified it a bit (and shortened it a bit too). But it is white cake ( a 6" and a 10") with fondant and royal icing dec. with royal, fondant, and gumpaste flowers. I loved this design and I can't wait to try it again.... the complicated one lol.
