This cake was done for the teacher's at my oldest daughter's Middle School for Teacher Appreciation Week. I want to thank eight for the inspiration as well as the permission to use what has become her signature cake design. Two 8" chocolate fudge cakes torted with Oreo BC filling. Crushed Oreo "dirt" All other details (besides sign) are fondant. I also left a copy of "Mrs. Spitzer's Garden" with the cake for the teachers.
