Tiers are 10", 8" and 6". Top tier is cardamon cake with lemon curd filling, middle tier is strawberry cake with cheesecake filling, and bottom tier is caramel cake with chocolate filling. All covered in Fondant, fondant ball border. Graduation cap is gumpaste, tassle is fondant. Letters are royal icing that was painted with food coloring, then brushed with a light layer of pearl dust.
