Vanilla cake with orangebuttercream filling, first time covering this shape with fondant, very scary thought, but it worked the first time. I think I lost a couple of pounds with all the nervousness. The cookies look the same as the choc modelling clay face of the horse on the top of the cake, as I used the cutter to cut out choc clay to cover the still warm cookies. Whites of eyes are fondant, used modelling tools to shape the choc a bit on the cookies
