this cake was for the english department at the university where i work...they have a picnic every year to celebrate their graduates for that year. devil's food with cookies and cream filling. iced in BC with fondant/gumpaste accents. the grad cap was made using half of the sports ball pan covered in fondant and the top part is a square of cardboard covered in fondant. tfl!
