Mini Castle Birthday Cake

I made on of these the other day for a benefit. Well the granddaughter of the woman the benefit was in honor of really wanted to win it and was so sad she didnt. Well today id her birthday so I decided to surprise her with her very own. It is small though 6" cake with mini RKT Castle on top. I hope she is likes it.

how incredibly cute!!! You just gave me another idea... off to the cake store to get supplies! What sizes are those tiers? It didn't come through in your description, but I'd love to have an idea of scale... Wonderful work! I bet she was just delighted!

That is such a nice story! And the cake is SO cute - I love the tiers as the grass with the castle on top. Gorgeous colors too. :)

wow!! how did you do the castle? is it edible? my grand daughter's birth day is comming up and she'll love it, what size pans did you used I love it... :lol:
