Devil's food cake, chocolate bavarian cream filling. Chocolate frosting made from recipe found on Girardelli Powdered chocolate canister. Topped with chocolate ganache. Strawberries dipped in ganache. I made this up as I went and learned two things. 1. Don't try pouring ganache on a refrigerated cake. It hardens immediately. 2. Don't try writing with melted white chocolate. However, my friend has declared this her official birthday cake and said I must present her with one for her birthday every year!
