I made this cake for my son's first birthday. It was my first attempt at a tiered cake as well as my first time making and using IMBC. The buttercream was fantastic, and I will use it from here on out. Yum! Top layer was chocolate with Oreo buttercream filling. Bottom was WASC with raspberry filling. Monkeys and accents were 50/50 fondant and gumpaste. I am very new at cake decorating (5th cake), and I would GREATLY appreciate any constructive criticism....it is the best way to learn!
