Gerber Daisy Birthday Cake
I made this cake for a co-worker's birthday. It is iced with chocolate syrup frosting and smoothed with a textured paper towel. The gerber daisies are brightly colored gumpaste/fondant.

The chocolate icing with the bright colored flowers are SO pretty. What a great job!
