Thanks. I'll put them here for all... I started with a 6x2" round and half a ball pan and carved from there then cut the board to match what I ended up with. Covered all in grey, airbrushed silver, then added the black "air" part and the rest. I used my clay extruder for the face pieces. Field is a standard quarter sheet cake. HTH
