I made this cake about 3 months back, but didn't want to post it because I've done better. My toddler was pulling at my leg when I was frosting this, and allthough I usually rely on my Melvira method of smoothing a cake, he decided to chew it up that morning! I had to smooth it the old fashioned way. The teacher's, however, loved it! Thank goodness for non cake people! Based on Thanh thanh design...roughly! TFL!
