This is a giant cupcake cake which I made for my son't girlfriend. I used the Wilton giant cupcake pan. The cake is a Hummingbird cake with cream cheese buttercream frosting. I used confetti spinkles from Wilton and the cherry is fondant. Parchment paper for the cupcake liner. TFL
