Cowboy Hat Cake
I actually bought and lined a cowboy hat to bake the cake in so it would be shaped perfectly ;) White cake with vanilla cream cheese buttercream covered in fondant and decorated with silk flowers. The base is covered with suede to match the rest of their cowboy theme. It tasted even better than it looked.
very elegant take on the western theme.
