Wilton Course 3 Final Cake
This was a total disaster. This was my least favorite cake for class. I tried to do something different color wise with the BC (didn't work), then the royal icing flowers were a pain! WASC cake with BC, royal icing and fondant accents.
It looks fine, give yourself the credit you deserve.

Looks good! I have those days where nothing goes right. I keep reminding myself it didn't fall over and they'll eat it anyway.
I so hear ya! I hate stringwork for the same reason. I saw a demo where the guy piped designs and stringwork on a four-tier wedding cake. He's a famous guy, but the stringwork wasn't perfect! But when you saw the finished cake, it looked beautiful! Keep practicing. It'll get better. You did a good job here. ;-D
