Very pretty! What kind of cutter did you use to make the first layer of blue fondant? It covers the cupcake SO perfectly! Great work!

Thank you...for the blue fondant I used some electric blue and navy. To cut it I didnt have the right cutter so I used an eggring and then smoothed it with a fondant smoother.
