Red & Black Art Deco
I did this cake for a local show. I wanted to try something dynamic with contrasting colors and this is what I ended up with. It is a 10", 8", 6" and 4" dummy cake. The pieces are colorflow. The black and white cakes were airbrushed.....never again will I do that. I had red and black everywhere for weeks! I was inspired by mthiberge's Classy Black and White cake.

Incredible and FABULOUS! This is so unique and modern! This is one of the neatest cakes I've seen! LOVE IT! For these color flow pieces, did you trace and then fill in? I cannot see where you traced first! BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you all! I relly like this like. Nice2008, I did not outline first with the colorflow. I just flowed it on the wax paper willie nillie. I did have a patern I was following, but it ran out so fast I got a lot of variety in the shapes - which worked out well.
