This was for a St. Patrick's Day wedding a few years ago. I liked the design so much, I used it at a cake competition the following week! As you can see, the judges liked it too! The square tiers feature stringwork and clusters of royal icing piped 4-leaf clovers. The topper was a slanted styro disc with a run-sugar shamrock. The heart/hands on the bottom tier was also run-sugar.
