This was a cake for my neighbors son who is in the Boys Scout's . They were have a banquet that had to do with the Chinese New Year and since it is the year of the rat the son wanted a giant rat and the mother wanted Chinese take out. She told me to do what I wanted so this is what I came up with. The Chinese take out box is chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream and rat is vanilla cake with butter cream. I used red coloring in the vanilla cake to make it look like blood when they cut the rat.
