Three months after getting back into cake decorating after a 12 year hiatus (that's since Jr High...) I made this. It's my own recipe of fondant, so the holly berries and leaves on the sides didn't come out as neat as they might have with the real thing, but hey, this stuff actually TASTES good! The bow is made out of red colored white chocolate. I think my two year old ate the whole thing!
