This is a cake my mom ordered from me for Valentine's Day for my dad. Continuing to practice on getting my icing smooth, but I am getting better! Rose is gumpaste and the other decorations are gumpaste/fondant. I tried a method for making roses that I found on youtube.com using cut circles. I think it is similar to the duff rose???
