This was a mocha chocolate cake with chocolate mocha ganache filling-and Buttercream Dream icing. The cake was for my father-in-law who turned 65 and was given a gift certificate to actually drive a race car. The Nascar emblem was an edible image-and there was a race car on the top of the cake on the fondant track. It is blocked by the candles from the way the photo was taken. TFL!
