Dora & Friends
This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Boots, Swiper, Tiko and Isa all encircle the sides of the cake. I have uploaded a separate picture to show all characters around sides. Images transferred onto sides with piping gel and decorated with buttercream.

Thanks everyone! I traced the image with piping gel, transferred it onto the cake and then outlined it with the buttercream.
