This is a cake I did for today. I was having such bad cake day. Everything that could go wrong did. I swear this cake was mocking me. I hated every aspect of it until I got it all toether. My husband kicked up the humidier in our house and I think it was wreaking havack on my icing. It was the worse it has been in a very long time. It turned out ok. LIke the concept, just wish my icing wasnt so bad today.
