Jewels/stripes

Hi sugar friends! Well, this one is special for Candyce.... wouldn't want her to go into cake withdrawls!!! She need MORE.... LOL! Another John Henry floral book cake. Again, they flew florists in to do the flowers....This is the same cake they used on the awesome "green" table shot. If you have questions, please e-mail: [email protected] Thanks for peeking! This wrapped cake was not supposed to be perfect, that's why they wave a bit :-) I just took strips of my choc. fondant and placed them on. It's very sturdy.... you can also use pearl clay, even sturdier!

What an awesome opportunity to have all your masterpieces photographed so beautifully! Great job on all your cakes I have enjoyed them.

Terrylee - the jewels are fake from Michael's. They are pretty.... but if I put non-edibles on a real cake, I would be very careful to discuss removal with the cake cutters.

I am very honoured. Extremely beautiful. Beautiful for an autumn wedding. I saw that soemone asked about the jewels. When I want that effect, I go to my local candy store and get rock candy. They look like big diamonds. Rub a little cooking oil on them to get them to sparkle.

I love this elegant cake and personally I like it more without the large candlestick. Your cakes are just beautiful!!!
