Fondant covered dummy cake for my TOPS group's New Year's Party (Take Off Pounds Sensibly), with each tier representing various themes and ideas from 2007 and 2008. All is edible except crystals. Roses are gumpaste, tiara is royal icing colored with silver luster dust mixed with vodka.
