Graduation Books
I love all the book cakes I've seen and wanted to give it a try. I learned a lot and can't wait to try again...practice, practice, practice. The books are 8" square cakes cut to size, cap is a 4" round.

love the way the books look great job!!!! How do you get the book shape what kind of pan do you use? I would love to try this for my daughter's graduation cake coming up next month.
Thanks so much. Each book was made from an 8" square cake cut to 6" on one end. You could also bake a sheet cake (9x13) and cut it in half.
