My First Christmas Cake
This is my first Christmas cake. I was very nervous taking it to our family party, but everyone seemed to enjoy it. I cant perfect how to keep those evil crumbs out of my icing. The snowman is solid chocolate and the little candy canes are made from a chocolate sucker mold. The presents are gum drops that I trimmed square and put icing bows on. The trees of course are sugar cones with icing and large dot sprinkles for decorations and powdered sugar all over for snow.

very cute! try freezing your cakes beforehand and then putting a thin layer of icing on, let it set up for a bit, and then put your final layer of icing on - very thickly. That should help with crumbs! Can't see them in the picture though!
