I just finished decorating this pineapple cake w/ pineapple filling for my husband's New Year's Eve potluck party they are having tomorrow at work. The Snowman and the New Year's sign is all made out of royal icing, the swirls are pipping gel, the 2008 is also royal icing and the rest is buttercream. Thanks for looking!
