For a lady who said that the cake HAD to be chocolate everything..... including the icing. My first time to make chocolate buttercream. The cake was dark chocolate, the filling was fudge ice cream topping, both complimented the lighter flavor of the chocolate buttercream. The roses and bow are a fondant/gumpaste blend. There are holly leaves and berries on the side of cake (shown better in another picture). Thanks for looking. Merry Christmas!
