I made these cupcakes for a potluck at work. The frosting was delicious! I got the idea and recipes from the Cupcake Bakeshop by Chockylit (http://cupcakeblog.com/index.php/2007/10/gluten-free-and-gluten-full-chocolate-cupcakes-with-salted-caramel-frosting). Check out her other recipes if you get a chance - they are great. I didn't use her chocolate cupcake recipe for these though - I used my old Hershey's cocoa cake recipe.
