My first attempt at Ganache! I love the way it looks, that perfect shine :). I used ghirardelli's bitter sweet chocolate for the ganache, hershey's semi sweet chocolate for the frosting, dark chocolate & white chocolate candy melts for the stars & writing, and dark chocolate fudge for the cake. I was told the ganache did well to balance out the sweetness of the overall cake. Truly a chocoholic's dream come true :).
