Cowboy Hat Groom's Cake
This was the groom's cake for a wedding that didn't happen. Chocolate Cake w/Chocolate buttercream icing covered in fondant. Here in Mississippi, the humidity is so high, I had this brim out drying for the past 3 weeks and it still wanted to fold up on me.
