Passing The Baton
Cake done to celebrate 75th anniversary of the NM symphony. Portrait s are of the first and current conductors of the NM symphony. Pictures werepainted using food color on pastillage. Frames were made from chocolate molded in a homemade mold. Flowers and baton are pulled sugar.
