This is cake one of three that I did for a football/cheerleading banquet for this year⦠Chocolate cake, BC Frosting, This is the first helmet cake I have ever made. It is carved from 3-8â, 2-10â, and a 10â made from the bottom of a mixing bowl. It was a hit with the kid especially! Check out the cakes from last year compared to this yearâ¦what a difference a year makes!
