Made for a bank's November birthdays. I made a RI star (on a stick) and wrote Happy Birthday on it and inserted it into the cake when I delivered it. WASC w/vanilla and orange extract. All BC. Bandana on top, cow print on sides and piped rope on top border, piped stars on bottom border. Thanks to the talent on CC for inspiration!! (Sorry the picture is so dark)
