i used a large cone (purchased at hobby lobby, around $6) and a base circle attached to it (around $3, also from hobby lobby). i've made these from smaller cones and base circles purchased at wal mart and significantly cheaper. cover each piece of syrofoam with your choice of color of tissue paper and secure with tape. attach the base circle to the cone with a wooden skewer (i purchased a bag of them at wal mart for about $2 for a bag of 50, and they have lots of purposeses with the cake decorating/stac...
