Guittard Chocolate 2007 First Place In Chocolate Passion Special Contest

The top is Chocolate Orange Mascarpone Mousse; Dark Chocolate Cake filled wil Truffle w/ toasted Hazel nuts. Iced w/ Ganache and Chocolate collar w/ White Choc. Scrolls.. This contest was all on taste, flavor and texture.
