The coolest thing about this cake was the flavor. Mint chocolate! I made a dense chocolate cake & then torted with mint mousse. I flavored my simple sugar with Bailey's Mint and then crushed Mint Oreos & layered those in there too. It was yummy. Still haven't heard back from the bride & groom but I have a feeling they loved it.

I should have told you all the leaning cake is styrofoam. Fondant always goes over styrofoam sharper than it goes over cake.
