Little Einsteins Fondant "rocket" Cake
I made this Rocket sculpted cake for my Twins' 4th Birthday. They love LE! I used an oval cake pan and just shaped it into the body of the ship, using the bump that naturally bakes up on top. The engines are all fondant. The LE characters are just color copied from the books and cut out. TFL!
I have got to do a rocket cake for a birthday in two weeks and i hope it is this cute. Yours is the best i've seen, great job!!!
