This is my first cake that was not for a course. I made this for my nephews' birthday party. They both loved it. It's a 9-inch 4 layer chocolate cake with buttercream icing, the Diego figure is a Wilton candle, the monkey is a Diego Safari animal and the rocks are store-bought chocolate pieces. This was definitely inspired by others' Dora and Deigo cakes. Thanks to wthays and others for the idea.
