Thanks, everyone, for checking out my cookies. I think you can probably find Toba's glaze recipe here on CC, Jen407. If not, pm me. Seaster, I don't outline. I just get as close to the edge as I can and sort of push the icing right up to it. You have to watch the consistency of the icing and the pressure you use. If it's too thin or you press too hard, the icing will flow over the edge. It's tricky sometimes, but I like the look better.


so beautiful! what a great sense of colour you have. May I ask - do you outine your cookies first and then flood them, or simply smooth the glaze on the cookie? I can't believe how clean the edges are!
