This is a buttercream cake with tulips designed by the bride. The ribbons are real, and the groom made the W topper out of wood. The black icing is chocolate with black coloring added so that it wouldn't bleed onto the white buttercream.
That is beautiful! Somewhat simple in design, but very elegant! Of course the dramatic black and white colors and beautiful tulip design really makes this cake stand out! Great job!
