My in-laws, who love golf, are visiting us. I used the excuse to make this cake. The golfers and golf bag are MMF -- they really do look like my in-laws! The icing is buttercream, the cake is lemon using the Super Enchanced Cake Formula recipe that I found here on CC. Filling was buttercream mixed with lemon curd. Great tasting cake. Hope you like it!
