This is my very first wedding cake. The bride wanted dolphins as the cake topper, which is made out of fondant, and I decided to add a waterfall (fondant) coming from top tier to side tier to bottom tier and finish it off with a small pool of water at the bottom with palm trees and some rocks and another dolphin jumping out of water (all made with fondant).
