Birthday cake for my son (26 today). Chocolate with fresh raspberry filling and dark chocolate ganache. Gum paste orchids, bamboo and buds. I used the paneling technique for the first time with the black fondant. The white squares are made from fondant strips with 45 degree angle cuts. Stenciled Asain Characters and painted in gold.
