lukerubyjoy. thanks for the info. cant wait to go and get some. and after reading the post about the fillings I think i'll be trying something new with that too. food distributors seems kinda expensive now. some of their fillings are twice as much as my local restaurant supply store. but i'm in love with my cookie sheet from there
